With 20 years in the professional culinary trade, 13 of those in Mexico, French native Denni has been bringing smiles (and delectable food) to the tables of diners for a long time. From his initial work in Los Cabos as a chef cooking in people's homes, he has expanded to a staff of 16. His travels all around the world, from Europe to Asia to Australia, have influenced the international-fusion style of his cooking, which can be seen in the range of his offerings. "Of course we offer gourmet Mexican meals for the villa guests, but Los Cabos visitors don't simply want Mexican food, they want choices and new eating opportunities, which we provide. We serve different styles to make everybody happy," says Gabriel.

Gabriel makes significant changes to his menu every two years to stay abreast of culinary developments, though he keeps many mainstays, such as a traditional Thanksgiving meal, on his standard bill of fare. The company also offers cooking classes in Mexican and international cuisine, and serves weddings and other special events.
